The UC-PPP aims to strengthen inter-institutional collaboration to facilitate the identification and preparation of PPP projects.
Our missions
Implement the national policy on public-private partnerships (PPPs) and develop the program of activities.
Create a database of eligible PPP projects.
Validate the projects to be carried out within the framework of PPP submitted by the contracting authority.
Propose to the Government, after receiving a favorable opinion from the PPP Sector Regulatory Authority, an update to the regulations on PPPs.
To monitor, on behalf of the contracting authority, the implementation of projects entrusted to the private partner.
Promoting PPP in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
To assist and advise the contracting authority in the preparation of PPP projects.
Evaluate the compliance of partnership projects with state policies in economic, social and infrastructure development matters, as well as in environmental goodness and land-use planning.
To provide feedback on unsolicited offers from economic operators.
Each year, report to the Government on projects carried out within the framework of PPPs.
