The organic structures of the Public-Private Partnership Advisory and Coordination Unit are the Board of Directors, which is the design, guidance and decision-making body; the General Management, which is responsible for day-to-day management; and the College of Auditors, which ensures the control of the financial operations of the UC-PPP.
