MISSIONS
Implement the national policy on public-private partnerships (PPPs) and develop the program of activities.
Create a database of eligible PPP projects.
Validate the projects to be carried out within the framework of PPP submitted by the contracting authority.
To monitor, on behalf of the contracting authority, the implementation of projects entrusted to the private partner.
Propose to the Government, after receiving a favorable opinion from the PPP Sector Regulatory Authority, an update to the regulations on PPPs.
Promoting PPP in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
To assist and advise the contracting authority in the preparation of PPP projects.
To provide feedback on unsolicited offers from economic operators.
Evaluate the compliance of projects and partnerships with state policies in economic, social and infrastructure development matters, as well as in environmental and land-use planning matters.
Report to the Government annually on projects carried out under PPPs.

ORGANS
The Public-Private Partnership Advisory and Coordination Unit, UC-PPP for short, is a public establishment of a technical and administrative nature, endowed with legal personality and management autonomy under Decree No. 21/04 of October 2, 2021. Placed under the supervision of the Minister of Planning, it has its headquarters in Kinshasa, Capital of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
